Mrs. Stephanie Martinez

I graduated from Poth High School in 1987. Upon graduation,  I attended Incarnate Word College on a basketball scholarship.  I graduated from IWC in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education/Kinesiology.  I taught at La Vernia High School for two years before coming to Karnes City ISD.  While at Karnes City, I became certified in Theatre Arts.  I currently teach English III, Theatre Arts,  and Reading at the High School.  I also am very involved in the UIL program where  I coach Prose and Poetry Interpretation and am the One-Act Play director.
